Tarnished Truth Distilling Company is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at the Historic Cavalier Hotel in Virginia Beach.

This position is ideal for someone with retail experience who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-centered environment. The Retail Assistant will support the daily operations of the retail shop, including sales, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service, while helping maintain compliance with all state and federal alcohol regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming guest experience

• Assist with daily retail sales and shop operations

• Maintain product displays and merchandising standards

• Support inventory management and restocking
