Inspired by the Historic Cavalier Hotel in which it’s distilled, Discretion is a wheated bourbon, meaning the rye in the mash bill is replaced with wheat. It's a touch softer and sweeter with hints of butterscotch, honey and caramel. Think of a warm Virginia Beach evening from long ago.   • Mash Bill 70% corn, 18% wheat, 12% malted barley
  • Appearance Golden Amber/Hay
  • Aroma Dry oak wood with sweet vanilla, tobacco leaf and a touch of green apple
  • Taste Characteristically gentle due to the wheated mash bill with hints of butterscotch, honey and caramel.
  • Finish Mild heat with more intense oak notes than the nose and a well-rounded warmth.
